Mr. Heiser came through with rewarding the Jeffferson students by sleeping on top of the roof on May 13th, 2024. Though the night was chilly, he was not bothered by birds, rain, or any passerbyers.
He arose the morning of May 14th and greeted the students. He was also greeted by the Watertown Fire Department. They lowered the boom ladder to bring him down off of the roof.
The Watertown Firefighters Association also contributed $100 to the already Jefferson Elementary record of $18716.28 raised towards the Kids Heart Challenge. Thank you Watertown Fire Department!
